Connect a Cloudonix account

Before configuring Cloudonix, prepare an active carrier account, a voice-enabled number, a tested IntraCord assistant and an externally reachable gateway. Confirm that this provider is available in your organization's telephony settings.

Save the account connection

Create a telephony configuration and select Cloudonix. Supply: Bearer Token; Domain ID; optional Application Name. Save, then open the configuration and add the number. Use international number format and credentials from the account that owns the number.

Route the conversation

Match the domain and application to the SIP routing you operate. If your organization already has a provisioned IntraCord SIP connection, use its company-SIP instructions before creating a separate account connection.

Assign a published assistant to the number for inbound calls. Use the callback URL shown by your installation. The shared inbound route is /api/v1/telephony/inbound/run; the managed gateway host is app.intracord.hu. Keep provider callbacks on v1. Select the connection as default outbound only if this is the account that should place your calls.

Verify the connection

Call the number from a controlled test phone and check that the intended assistant answers. Match the conversation record with the carrier event. Then test an outbound call if required. If the call reaches the gateway but is rejected, compare the account credentials and callback URL; if it connects without sound, inspect the audio transport and model setup.

Test human transfer separately because carrier and account capabilities differ. See inbound routing and human handoff.
