Access and first sign-in

To use an existing installation, ask your administrator for its application address and the organization you should work in. The managed application uses https://app.intracord.hu. A company installation can have a different hostname.

Check your workspace

Sign in using the method configured for that installation. Self-managed installations can use local email and password authentication; other deployments can use an external identity service. Account creation may be disabled by the administrator.

Confirm the selected organization. Model credentials, phone connections and API keys belong to an organization. If these are missing, check the organization before creating replacements.

Prepare for voice testing

Use HTTPS when connecting remotely and allow microphone access. Verify that the organization has working model credentials. If the page loads but the call has no audio, use the troubleshooting guide to distinguish microphone, network and model problems.
