Test a service-desk assistant
Before starting, you need access to your organization, a working model configuration, and a browser with microphone permission. A browser test does not need a phone number.
Define a result you can check
Use a callback request as your first scenario. The assistant should collect the caller's name, the reason for the request and a suitable callback time. It should repeat the details and explain that a colleague will call back. It must not promise that an appointment has been booked without a successful booking action.
In the assistant list, choose the creation action and describe that scenario. Select inbound for a receptionist use case. Review the generated conversation in the editor before testing; generation gives you a starting draft.
Prepare the conversation
Give the opening a short greeting. In the service step, ask one question at a time and confirm corrections. In the closing step, state what happens next. Save the changes. If your instance separates drafts and published versions, browser tests let you review the draft before publishing it for callers.
Run three trials
Start Web Call in the editor and allow microphone access. Try a complete request, a caller who changes their answer, and a request the assistant cannot handle. Check the transcript and collected values after each trial. An unanswered question is a useful finding: adjust the relevant instruction and test again.
Connect the result
Once the trials work, configure result delivery and test receipt in your own system. Then publish the tested version and choose a phone connection or a website widget.
